we are having a problem that Messenger Icon isn't visible like it should be - like on Una's site:
But on our site the icon for Messenger isn't visible when on mobile device between Search and + icon. :
Please help me I don't know where to find this settings so that Messenger Icon is visible on mobile device....?

Looks like your icons are too big. If you rotate your smartphone to horizontal view, the chat icon will be visible again, I bet. So, either use smaller icons, a smaller logo or try to reduce space between css elements in the header. Even with Artificer template, notification bell is missing on UNA site in vertical view. (Depends on your screen size).

it is strange since I didn't change nothing regarding CSS.
I don't know how to change = where to change the icon size or how to maybe just disable the logo while on mobile device (phone).
I tried to turn my phone to horizontal position and still no messenger icon.
Where to change which icons are visible in top right corner?

Reduce the size of your logo

Check navigation - items - system - toolbar site,
and if messenger is hidden for phone or other exclutions. You can set a smaller icon here. For changing viewport for small devices you can modify main css in "custom styles" in the settings of your template.

Another guess: your logo might overlay messenger icon.
How to temporarily disable logo?

Can you just remove it? from Studio -> Designer? Or replace it with one that's dimensions follow a favicon (more square, less rectangular?)

do you have a favicon design for your logo? just a symbol? like una has that image. you can replace the logo with that favicon.

Logo container gets stretched. Using my logo for mobile viewport would overlay my icons, too. Here the screenshot. You can solve that by applying Karina's suggest. Replace the logo for big screens with a smaller one for mobile view.
I have logo.
I have checked in navigation - items - system - toolbar site and there were missing entries for messenger and for "add content" I added Messenger but now it shows on the left site of the logo not on the right side where search and other icons are next to the profile icon

I did some customizations to the menus, sorry. Redo the changes in toolbar and check them in "Toolba Member". That's where messenger is located by default. I moved it to another menu. In your case messenger should be active. Check settings by clicking the pen.
That is correct. And it was there but it somehow got disabled for mobile site. I had to control-clich to field to get rid of that mark for "disable for mobile site" and now it is visible again.
Still wonder how to turn off Search icon?

If you want to turn search completely off, just deactivate it in Toolbar Site menu.
I did that in ...path-to-site/studio/builder_menu.php?page=items&module=system&set=sys_toolbar_site but search icon still present....

Try to clear cache.
