banister this was a 5-second video (As longer videos seem to fail on upload with response 0)
I'll try the PHP.INI settings and see if that fixes it.
I've tested these and it still fails with the same error.
The 2 images (Thumbnail and preview) convert fine. it's just the video

Having same issue arround video conversion and giving error "applyFilter_Mp4". Site is in TMD Hosting and a new and standar UNA 11.0.3 site.
Unable to find the fix of this over Discurssions.
Any hint about how fix this?

UPDATE for the similar cases: In some servers, the possibility to create several threads can be closed, so then it needs to add the following line to the inc/header.inc.php file:
define('BX_SYSTEM_FFMPEG_THREAD', 1);
after this one:
define('BX_SYSTEM_FFMPEG', ...);
