    If you have the possiblity to open httpd.conf (Apache Config file) then look there for the following line.

    rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

    Then remove the pound ('#') sign at the start and save this file.

    Then Restart your apache server.

    It is the one of the possible way.
