new signup not receiving confirmation email
Hello, Is like the smtp is no longer working. When new members registered on my platform, they no longer get confirmation email. don't know how to resolve this. though I change my VPS server from the previous one I used to a new one. I will be glad if any one can give the support on how to get this issue resolved.

That is frustrating, no doubt. Perhaps the confirmation message landed in their spam box. But some clients never think to look there.
Check your smtp app. You should be able to send a test message.

Hi Pillarcom, If you have a hosting service, make sure your port numbers are correct. Corresponding to the UNA SMTP app in your Studio. You may have to reach out to your hosting service to confirm.
I can recall that during some beta upgrades, this port number was lost and I had to re-enter it.

UPDATE: the test mails in the site of dear @pillarcom work, but sometimes they are too slow - it seems there is smth isn't fine with the SMTP server.
