Using 13 RC1 - on a cell phone web browser
Using 13 RC1 - on a cell phone web browser the messenger and notifications have been put under the profile picture now. This has really confused my users and the profile picture DOESN'T pop up the notifications icon if there are new messages or notifications waiting. I have to click on my profile tab and check to see if there are any messages/notifications. Is there going to be a fix for this soon or can we make changes in the template?

You should be able to activate the links via Navigation builder - just make sure they’re visible on Mobile viewport.

I know this sounds stupid but, where at in the Navigation builder?
-
studio/navigation --> /studio/builder_menu.php
menu/system/account notifications --> /studio/builder_menu.php?page=items&module=system&set=sys_account_notifications

Ok, I was able to navigate to there but, what do I do after that?
I see the toggle switches and am able to turn off the Notifications and Messaging icons but, how do I add the Notifications and Messaging Icons back on to the front home page on my mobile web browser?

Please Go to Studio > Navigation App > Menu > Toolbar Member
/studio/builder_menu.php?page=items&module=system&set=sys_toolbar_member
Edit 'Messenger' and 'Notification' Item. Deselect Hidden on: 'phone'. Just leave 'mobile app' selected. Then save and clear your UNA cache. The Messenger and Notification icons should be visible on the phone (mobile web browser).
