I know Msolutions got suspended, but I am writing this because I think that the products from suspended developers should still be accessible. For example, I might want to still buy the fans app and use the code to make my own version specifically for my site. I can use the broken apps for code samples to modify the code instead of me having to build the app from scratch.
Maybe UNA can transfer suspended developers to a use at your own risk section and disable it from direct installs and disable updating. The code itself is what I want, not necessarily the fully functional app. Like buying partial code templates to build on. And plus, I can just find somebody else to fix the broken up and keep it updated.

I think it's better to create my own module rather than buying a non-functional one and financially supporting someone who was suspended. Most modules are just reworked basic modules, like Files, Albums, Organizations, etc...I don’t know why, but he probably deserved it.
I agree. People who bought their products shouldn't suffer, especially we don't have many alternatives of custom module developers on the forum.
We had a good experience with Msolutions, they were always on time, compared to some developers who communicate for a few days then they disappear for long time.
You do not want MSOLUTIONS modules. They do NOT work with 14.x properly, filled with bugs, and have so many issues you would be better off creating the module from scratch.
Also, MSOLUTIONS are not in any way a responsible developer. Unfortunately, they quit caring about UNA a long time ago.
There is a reason developers get suspended and modules are removed. It took me some time to understand. But now I understand from experience.
You want to spend money on modules that don't work? Then complain to who? Because unless you are a developer, they don't work.
Stop bringing up developers who quit supporting their modules, left MANY people stranded without support, and disappears for 6 months at a time without a single response. It is very unfortunate.
If you have the ability to code, then you don't need the 'templates' - do it yourself. I learnt first hand.
MSolutions has their own site where you can buy their modules and manually install them. I tried this some time ago but do NOT recommend it to anyone! They are not supportive, disappear for months and do not fix bugs. The only developer I trust on here is AQB.
I can personally attest to this, Several of their mods broke my site, and locked up my server's file system. I asked for a refund, and they ignored me. They still owe me USD 153.00, which I will never see back... Msolutions is part of the reason that we will most likely be forced to rebuild our site from scratch, with or without UNA remains to be seen, I have a coder who can rebuild everything our site is supposed to do in Python/Django. I'll probably end up using my UNA license for a side project instead, after all my company has spent a few thousand on the code and custom mods.
