Replacing Google Maps with Open Source would be great, but they have gone deep inside all browsers and also in 80%+ mobiles now, so it doesn't matter whether we use them or not.
Thanks Dear Andrew for this presentation, I think also we have to keep google api while we can add extra value by adding or even substitute open source possibilities, specially for us if we want to focus ourselves on core business and increase our media and community

Hi dap - we don't plan to drop Google API anytime soon, we just want to offer an open source alternative :)
