Hello dear Unitarians. Several times a year, the Messenger app fails. Connections do not connect. Usually a server restart fixes this issue. Yesterday, it did not. Leading me to ask: Does the Jotserver itself need to be restarted in addition to the server restart?
I checked the certificate. It looked OK. Any ideas why jotserver fails about every 3 months? We're hosted by TMD, by the way.

This error appears more like a visual template issue than one relating to connectability.
Randomly tonight specific pages are causing a 503 error.
the home page and studio is no longer accessible but alot of the pages are?

No idea why this error only applies to a single user but no other user has this error. Incorrect table name? Why would it apply to a single user?

What's the best way to generate dashboards for different user groups? Is this something that would have to be coded/outsourced?
Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong with Stripe. It allows me to go through the motions of accepting a payment, but at the end gives me an error message. Also curious about offering a free trial with Stripe. So far I don't see the same options in the documentation available on their site. I think they have made some changes. The subscription option is for individual customers and the product option produces a link. Any ideas?
I currently have a Wordpress site and am looking at adding UNA as a subdirectory community. I know you can add it via subdomain so want to confirm adding as a subdirectory as well. Also, if UNA is added as a subdirectory of my current Wordpress site, I have additional questions about that. I know there is an option to set up SSO. However, how does it work with users and how they are organized? For example, what if there is something users need to register for on my Wordpress site or if they subscribe to a newsletter there and become a user, and then my UNA community also requires registration. Would I have to have two different registrations for the two sections of my site? If not, where are those users housed? In Wordpress I can go to a section in admin and see the list of my users. If I use UNA as well, I imagine there wouldn't be a place to consolidate users to one place?? Thanks!
