I've noticed some differences in how credits are usually set up compared to your store’s implementation.
It appears that in your UNA CMS store, you've added information about credits on the cart page. This seems like a custom addition, as it doesn’t appear to be the standard setup in UNA CMS. Could you confirm if that's the case?
Additionally, I’m curious why credits don’t appear under the "Main Seller" in the marketplace.
To make it easier for customers to purchase credits, I added an "Add Credits" button that links to the /credits-home page. However, I only discovered this page by navigating UNA CMS's store to find /credits-home and then finding the URL on my own installation.
Would you be able to provide some guidance on how to make this process more straightforward for customers?
Or, will I need to add custom solutions for this?
They entire installation looks healthy but it still won't update? Can someone suggest solutions?
- The file permissions said ffpeg was set wrong. I changed the file settings
- I saw "modul_deflate" was missing in PHP. My PHP doesn't offer deflate.
- It was recommended in Settings to activate "Auto update". I did!
- I found old answers where support noted "the wrong must be cron job missing" Solution = I added cron job and it updated as soon as I saved the job.
I tried fixing this issue in the past without much success. I have Iframely set up for my test site. I post an example video from YouTube. When the update posts, the video thumbnail won't load unless you click the three dots on the bottom right to inadvertently trigger a load within the post window. I have attached a step-by-step series of screenshots. Does anyone know how to get the video thumbnail to load as soon as the update is posted?
I can't open Server Audit with PHP Fail. I don't know what to do. I tried it in Chrome and Firefox. My test site is installed on a subdomain with cPanel using PHP 8.1.
I’d like to create a sales funnel with bumb offer and upsell.
Is this possible without custom development and if so what to do:
- I sell Una membership, bump offer, and upsell with 3rd party cart that is integrated with Stripe.
- Stripe sends information to Una.
- Una sends login information to customer.
- The customer is able to cancel his membership through Una.

I've been a long time client (since early days of Dolphin). My biggest complaint is 'Credits'. A platform that forces users to overpay for every app. At the very least, why can't we purchase an exact amount of credits?
I was going to purchase an app but the 'Credits' program made me decide to pass. I would have to pay TWENTY dollars over the cost of the app. I will never use that overpayment for anything else.
Why can't we have the option of paying with credits, PayPal or credit card?
